We understand that flowers are quite personal, we work with you to design a floral proposal that will leave your senses wanting more on your wedding day.
For many, flowers and blooms send us back to memories of time spent with loved ones in the garden as a child. We all remember Grandma’s geraniums! We want to capture those memories for you, using scented blooms and engaging colour palettes, working closely to create a customised floral experience to bring your vision and dream day to life, in a way you couldn’t have imagined.

“From farm girl to Floral Designer.”
Elise Ross is the creative powerhouse and owner behind Elyssium Blooms. With 20 years experience working with flowers, she holds a wealth of knowledge and artistic skill.
She puts her heart and soul into executing every floral brief and making dreams come true for her clients.
When she is not working with flowers in the studio she is in her own garden growing and tending to them.
Her love for flowers started very young, growing up on a farm in country NSW, she spent much of her time out in the garden with her family, in particular her Granddad. “He would sit me in his wheelbarrow and off we’d go, showing me his fuscias, freesias and abundance of garden roses. He gifted me a rose for my birthday once, a Gina Lollabrigida, the most beautiful scent filled lemon rose I’d ever seen.”
“Living on a farm spending school holidays in the Header harvesting with my dad and picking poppies with my mum, really paved the way for me to land this gig and pursue my creativity with flowers.”
After having two beautiful children and stepping away from flowers to enjoy family life, Elise is excited to be back creating magic, filling her studio with luscious blooms and designing bespoke florals for her clients.
As part of the Elyssium Blooms re-launch, Elise will also be offering floral mentoring sessions for florists. “I will mainly be aiming my mentoring sessions to beginners and florists that may have been in the industry for a time but want to learn more and delve into the techniques we use here at Elyssium Blooms. I will also be offering “Just for Fun” sessions for those that want to be able to have the skills to arrange flowers from their own garden for their loved ones or just for home.”
